Luke Constructions is one of Geelong’s leading specialist, custom home builders with a long list of complex architectural & structural examples on its list of completed projects.

Sam Luke is a second generation builder with over 27 years of experience in the building industry and he personally leads his own team of carpenters, plus manages a dedicated team of reliable sub-contractors on all projects.

Our projects have covered a wide cross section of design. We literally have done it all from heritage restorations, luxury renovations, to the most minimalist of new home design. We work with architects, designers and clients to deliver some of Geelong & district’s most admired homes.

Sam Luke is totally involved in each and every project, working closely with clients to deliver fantastic results on a very personal level. We have proven ourselves to deliver projects to the highest of standards, as well as to be both cost and time effective.
